ABOUT Jeongha Hong

I believe in healing, change, and growth.

As an integrative art psychotherapist in training, I am currently at the final stages of my training accredited by the UK Council for Psychotherapists (UKCP), and the Health and Care Professional Council (HCPC).

I offer psychotherapy where creativity and the arts support the processing of difficult emotions and healing.

You do not need any skills or experience in art to benefit from this process β€” it’s about unlocking your creativity to get in touch with your unconscious, revisit and process trauma and difficult emotions, especially when words feel too much or are not enough.

We will be using image, body movement, sandbox, clay, music and drama using puppetry.

My areas of interest include supporting people with trauma, childhood abuse, bereavement, depression, addiction, family issues, relationship difficulties, stress, neurodiversity, and challenges that can arise from cultural differences. I provide a safe, supportive, and non-judgmental environment where you can process your feelings and experiences at your own pace.

"You can never leave a place if you never visited."
